DESCRIPTION: {native} The outer structure of this flower is actual it's sepals. There are five, with the top one forming a nectar spur. It's much small four petals hide a cluster of sexual parts. It's leaves are palmate, deeply divided and only on the lower third of the stem.

HABITAT:Open woodlands, grassy areas below 2,400' .

NOTES: Finding patches of these beauties in the meadows left more unmowed areas.
